Quick, simple and great service. The staff know exactly what they are doing and the queue was managed very well - less than 30 seconds waiting time. Very impressed.
I came in to find a suitable phone case for my partner and was served by Agatha who was extremely helpful and nice ! She was more than happy to assist me in deciding one and she was very friendly. The ones we decided were out of stock and she made the process super simple and went out of her way to find me one similar. Great customer service from this young lady.
When you can’t find what you need in Sainsbury’s and you think you’re going to have to go to a specialist to find what you need it’s such a relief to remember you can order from Argos on your phone and collect when you’ve finished shopping. And the friendly assistant was efficient and polite. In a complicated year simple things make me happy, thank you Argos.

The store have very rude customer service does not respect the customers properly refused to give they name so that I can complain and they don't even have name badge on the shirt. I have never seen argos customer service that bad . hendon store
