Standards are slipping. It was once immaculate and spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. Now the cleaning regime appears to have slipped and they have plenty of staff but they don't seem to like serving at tills or helping you deal with queries. Everyone has to queue at the self service and only then you might get one cashier open. The trolley station can be chaotic without help if things get tricky or if you don't have a pound to release the trolley, this means you can be limited to a small basket shop. Come on pull your finger out M and S!
As usual with M&S: not too busy, good quality food, friendly service, and always something new to try.

Everything you expect M&S to be. Clean, organised and well stocked. Good quality and reasonably priced.
I didn’t know the store was here until I saw it’s Facebook page! @colindalefoodhall really handy with some great hints and tips.
Lovely store nice bright and quiet, no queues got everything I needed!! Will be coming back
