Usually love to shop here but today's visit was a major disappointment. First of all, there were numerous people allowed to enter the store without wearing masks and, whether they were exempt or not, this went unchallenged. No one was adhering to social distancing either and I spotted a member of staff in the homeware section wearing her mask dangling from her ear. I politely called her out on this and she responded with a look of utter contempt and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. She carried on working and made no attempt whatsoever to cover her mouth and nose but chose instead to put her indifference above customer safety. What kind of example is this setting to other staff and customers? I reported the incident to the manager but had little faith that anything would be done. This level of unprofessional irresponsibility should have no place in a shop, or anywhere, for that matter. Rudeness on a scale I have never encountered before.

Floor staff friendly and helpful. Offer a good and varied choice of different types of branded clothes.
