This store has got good reserve of items and it has a good location.
However, the young staff here are extremely disrespectful and rude towards the customer.
I visited this branch during the covid-19. I had to queue and I was told to order online when was my turn. I accepted and I ordered online. when I wanted to tell the sales assistant the FT order number so they can get the item ready, I was told the join the long queue again.
I just queued and I had to queue again. I have also had other interactions in the past on multiple occasions with the young sales assistant in this store and I am not impressed by their behaviour and I think it's very disrespectful and unfriendly. Thank you
Hello. I do not recommend this place, I was to give back a non-working thing, nobody tried to help me, they just gave me the phone number I was supposed to call and only then it will be revealed whether I will get a refund or not.
Rubbish Argos. Denied me picking up my items that I’ve paid for because I didn’t have my card. I was showing him the Argos card statement and was even willing to show my drivers licence and the text message received for collection. It was a toy for my kid but clearly these people don’t have a heart.
Brought Sky remote , ordered online and picked up 10 minutes.
Lot of free parking is always helpful
