Customers have tried to return items to store and they are told returns cannot be accepted. When you go online on to the Argos website and speak to customer service they tell you to return any items to the store...

1. Argos webside lists items "in stock" but they are out of stock for delivery or collection, in any store. 2. The robot answering the phone ends the call in a very rude manner after choosing option for querying the stock.

Today I go for collect my order from eBay, I didn't notice yesterday was last day to pickup it. But they have it in store, I ask if they can give to me but they say "we don't have it in system" then I ask to call help desk or call center but they refuse. Girl manager don't give a damn and look like she want just back to her desk ... I notice also my package have damage cover .... my lat visit in any Argos.....

Small store but it's an Argos like any other store. Customer service is one of the best if not the best from the many stores I have been too. Would recommend to reserve items as this store is quite popular.
