I go here oftenly on my way to work because it's the only place open before 6am in the area with coffee and pastries. Last few times I was there the girl barista has really shown she really doesn't want to be there. Not only lacking basic manners like replying my good morning or saying thank you, but also getting my coffee order wrong, blaming me for it, and trying to convince me to take the wrong drink instead, all with the least effort or commercial behaviour possible. This morning for instance, when I asked if pastries where ready, she took the time to correct me, in a bad way, saying that pastries are only the sweet ones and pasties are the savoury ones, instead just saying that the pastries weren't ready or offering something else instead, right after that she left my coffee ready without a lid get cold in the counter as well as another costumers order, and left to the back of the shop. After waiting long enough, I had to ask the other employee to finish my order to get to work on time. It really makes me and other people feel like a number and not a costumer. Not worth the high price, very strange to see in a costumer based brand like MNS
