Avoid avoid! You have been warned. The carers who been there the longest make the new carers to do everything while they smoke and drink their coffee with the manager. The manager is useless. When one of the new carers noticed the senior carer was treating one client badly, she reported to manager and she did not do anything. Last I heard couple years ago that person was reported to police who was doing bad things is no longer able to work with vulnerable people. Just please please dont leave your relative here.
Did not hate it was closed when got there we spoke to a nurse that worked there it's a nice place
My Father-in-law stayed here from November 2017 till May 2018 he was well looked after and was showed respect, the food was always good, staff very attentive staff always joined in with the entertainment, well done to them all for working so hard and making end of life as comfortable as possible.
Nursing home and staff very nice only problem us the doctors they are registered under incompetant
My Mother was here in Jan for respite care, and we found the staff very helpfully, caring and friendly , the CQC reports are good, yes the rooms need redecorating, but the care was good .
