I've ordered from button Queen twice now, and honestly every single button I've ordered is beautiful. The parcels arrive promptly and the packaging is all recyclable as well which is a huge plus. I never thought I could adore buttons as much as I do the ones I've bought from here.

Over the last few days my package was either lost or delayed by the Royal Mail, Kat responded to me promptly and was very helpful, even offering to send out more buttons in hopes of it arriving quicker than the original order. Great customer service will definitely shop here again!

A great little resource for crafty bods. I love Liberty for buttons too, but this shop has a bigger range at different price points. The sales assistant was a bit too quiet when I visited, I pretty much just hunted myself and found what I needed but that was ok, I don't like to be pestered either.

Great place with a lot of character, perfect for wannabee creatives like me! Regular customer for years, remembered by the staff every time and often in and out of the shop in 5 minutes. Has changed the way I shop for clothes!
