Very smart and polite staff member kindly directed me where to go for the post office at the back of the building. Very well organised for lockdown.
Refurbished but the design is very poor and impractical. Blue badge parking is behind the building but there is no easy access from there. It involves a walk which is double the length of the whole building. The Post Office and cafe should be at the front! Former design was much better.
No helpful information as you arrive here. Spent half-an-hour queueing to be told that, no, they don't keep any application forms there anymore. I waited for an apology but was swiftly disappointed!
Not much activities for children..could be art and crafts, story telling, lego play..like other libraries have.
Used the post office, avoid if possible, long queue, waited 40 min to be served.
