So swanley council decided to close the nice big post office that has been there working away perfectly fine for 30 years. To open "the link" which is like a glorified public toilet, but with out the actual toilet, with a "post office" built into the corner where menopausal woman sit behind the counter half way into eating a whole packet of jaffer cakes that Margaret brought in. Nice to see the council living up to there reputation of being almost as useless as pauline on the parcel counter.
The "queuemaster" made us stand in the pouring rain this afternoon even though I couldn't see anybody inside, so why we couldn't queue inside I dont know. There was plenty of room. Nobody came out while I was queueing. (about ten soggy minutes) Was anybody in there? Was anybody serving? There is plenty of room to queue inside. I gave up and went to Hextable.
love going here the food is really good value
