Amazing service, high quality flowers and beautiful grand creation. I ordered a xmas arrangement online and I was so impressed by what arrived. I keep looking at it and I'm stunned each time by the attention to details.

I ordered a funeral wreath over the phone. I was a new customer and was asking lots of questions. I didn't particularly like the tone of the person I spoke with but put it down to maybe just a busy moment. I wanted to support local. I specifically asked for the wreath to include a blank card that we could write ourselves when we drove to the funeral in Somerset for my father-in-law. We paid for the the wreath over the phone when we made the order and arranged a time to collect. My husband collected the wreath the day before we set off for the funeral. He found the lady he spoke to quite off. She showed no empathy and also questioned payment, curtly and inappropriately for the occasion at which we were collecting flowers. But he shrugged this off as just bad manners. Upon arrival in Somerset we took the wreath out our car to write the card only to discover a scrappy envelope and the card had not been included inside. This was very disappointing as we had specifically asked and with the funeral starting in 30 minutes from our arrival it was quite stressful finding a card to fit in the wreath. Such a small detail that just put the cherry on top of the cake for us in terms of their overall attitude toward the entire customer experience. Today I have noticed that they had also taken two payments for the wreath and upon realising their mistake refunded me on one of the payments. While that is rectified and fine it still shows a complete lack of common sense and empathy when dealing with grieving customers. Stressful experience enough and good customer service and little details go a long way. We wont be using Ring a Roses in the future unfortunately. We tried to shop local in light of how hard times are but were sadly let down at too many touch points on this one.

Beautiful flowers, stunning colours and gorgeous presentation. For one type of flower (don’t know what it’s called) each stem had wire wrapped around it to make it stand tall. The attention to detail was fantastic. Will definitely be using them again. Update 6/11: Have ordered four times from here now and all the bouquets have been stunning. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have used Ring- a- Roses in Woking, a couple of times now, they are always so friendly and lovely on the phone, they are up for chat, the lady l spoke to today 19/10/2020 was fun and we had a little chat about Halloween, I asked for a pink water tied bouquet for my friend, well let me tell you it was just beautiful, lovely colours, what l had asked for, my friend loved the bouquet and made her happy. She took a photo for me to see. 😊💐😊💐😊💐😊. I would just like to say a VERY BIG THANK YOU, the flowers were just gorgeous, I will definitely be using you again.
