A gorgeous idyll, in North and North West London. Full of wildlife and greenery, the bushes and trees burgeoning during the spring time. There is a bench perfectly placed along one old defunct bridleway, that overlooks the vista in a magical way. It's special. (It's also treacherous and almost impassable due to mud and puddles after rain.)

It i best visited in Spring and summer. You can have this as part of your walk route or picnic nearby

A little paradise in the midst of the suburbs. Heavenly and lovely hikes to get there. Bring good shoes!

Always wanted to visit this place and finally got round to it. It's a nice secluded lake with lots of paths leading around the countryside. The path is well trodden, but is not flat. However if you are looking for fresh air and peace and quiet. It's a nice area to waln around.
