TO : CAR-DOK Swiss Cottage Regency PCN TO PAY PC20048569 Hi guys , I would like to be as friendly as I can and giving you a couple options to sort this out. Our van BK61 UNY was booked for MOT 02.09.2020. I couldn't make it in that day but a very nice lady from Car-Dok ensured me about arrival for next day can be done without problem and I was very happy (3rd 09 20). After checking the MOT had to be done again because of the thicker brake pads . No penalty charge and it took almost 2/3 hours and I had to came back after few days. I bought the front and rear brake pads and Monday 07.09.20.at 13:00 pm I was at the service to finish the final intervention (brake pads to be replaced, bulb, MOT) A very nice man collect the keys immediately. I pick up the car somewhere between 17:00 to 18:00 . I have an email confirmation regarding the invoice and the van was ready . Today I received this PCN even if it was send since 15th as the envelope said (it took 4 days to go by post) I received this penalty of £60 if I pay before 21st Sep 2020 or £100 full charge afterwards. I known I have the option and easiest way to declare towards PCN Authority & DVLA who was the driver or where was the car (not in my hands) but I'm trying to help you guys to make this clear and pay the minimum amount. In the same time between the hours (when PCN was made) when my van was in your hands. Besides I was charged 2 silly hours for labour (to fix rear and front pads) when the car was sit in a car park for 2h and 10min and the email came from car-dok not even an hour after 16:00 afterwards I don't need to make any other complaints about the service or get refund of the extra hours I was chrged . The money was paid already and I've already paid enough trust me , I know what I'm talking about. Istead of extend this case what i need you to do as a service provider CAR-DOK is to admit and work fair when is about personal and private goods&stuff and pay this penalty charge before other major payments This are my options to you PAY ONLINE OR BY PHONE ASAP following the details : ☆ pay £60 before 21st Sep 2020 ☆ pay £100 after 21st Sep 2020. Hopefully this is more than clear to sort this out. My name of Vlora Berisha. I would like to tell everyone one how happy I am with CitiRental. Normally I don't bother with revues because, honestly, people just vent about silly thing, "I was given a white car -I don't like white cars" or "I rented a small care and they gave a free ugrade at no additional cost" rubbish like that al- people just lap these revues up without thinking. Well, think about this revue......CitiRental in Swiss Cottage are a good honest company. I have been using them for years and never once have they made a single error. I cannot recommend them enough.

Kar-Dok provide quick & efficient service, changed my brake pads in 15 minutes! (Ford Focus) Would definitely recommend! Louie will look after you car for you.

I had a full service done at Kar Dok, the service was amazingly affordable with honest opinion and no hidden fees. I will definitely be using this place again.

Took My Mustang to get serviced had great customer service Louie was amazing helped me the whole way kept me updated and was a pleasant to deal with :). Defo rate 5 stars and defo be back here with friends :))
