Knowledgeable staff and friendly. Wide variety of tyres. Well run place, and it shows, even when busy the boys are on top of their game. Sure will visit in summer again if hazard does not strike again. Thanks again guys for seeing me on such short notice.
I cannot recommend the team at Kwik Fit more highly. They fitted us in at short notice, responding, literally, to a cry for help. Their work was professional and efficient but what makes them outstanding was the compassion and thoughtulness they showed. Thank you Iqbal and your team.
Iqbal was brilliant in providing great service, providing a free full health check on the vehicle, and then listing what is required. His explanation was in detail and proved his professionalism through advising and recommending the correct fix. The work was scheduled and completed on time.
Additionally, I would like to mention Darren’s level of service as I had issue with the rear wiper not being correctly fixed. He was apologetic as it was a manufacturer mistake and he ordered the replacement immediately. I was assured if anything goes then just to pop in they will be able to assess. Great services from all, thanks!
This depot provides excellent customer service, I have been to a few kwikfits in my time and this place is one of my favourites. I was served by the manager, Darren and nothing was too much trouble. highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
Today I took my BMW to Kwik fit, the service I received from Osman and Vicky was amazing.
They were extremely polite and provided a fantastic service.
