I have placed an order for super soft faux fur throw, the matching cushion and also the savoy bed linen duvet cover and savoy oxford pillow case with Emma; who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I received my order Christmas Eve, even though I only placed the order few days before Christmas .
The faux fur throw and cushion in charcoal colour are beautiful. They are super soft and snuggly.
The savoy bedding are so light and soft. My son really loves his new bedding and having a perfect night's sleep since he got his new stuff.

Not very easy to manoeuvre around the store in Bromley with a pushchair. Only one entrance open so you can't get down to the lower level with a pushchair or wheelchair because of the stairs which is really disappointing
Good for gifts, particularly baby arrivals
I had such a fantastic experience at this White Company that I had to write a review. Emma was incredibly helpful both with a complicated return and with helping dress my super king bed. I told her she should quickly be promoted to management, and I meant it! Thank you, Emma, and well done, White Company.
I have tried to call all afternoon in regard to an urgent matter. They dont answer their phone except to hang up on you. Not very helpful at all.
