I really miss Debenhams at croydon so went to bromley and it was so lovely to shop in the best store ever ! So now it’s Bromley shopping all the way !!!

Not many shop assistants available. Strange atmosphere in store. No doubt all due to corona virus. Store was almost deserted. Again due to coronavirus you can only enter via ground floor and r it via 1st floor. A bit inconvenient. As one shopper who tried to enter via 1st floor pointed out theres hardly anyone in the shop. They ended up going elsewhere. Saying that they have a good sale on in most departments.

Debenham's has been in trouble for a number of years. This shop has the air of the neglected child of parents going through a bad divorce! Badly stocked shelves, no assistants to be seen, and items that don't seem to target any particular consumer. I used to love to rummage around the kitchen ware department, but almost walked passed it. They say the have a sale on, but so does everyone else at the moment, so it's worth it shopping around because their sale prices are still more expensive than others. In terms of ensuring customer safety....No queuing, and you can easily social distance as its virtually empty.
