Very bad customer service experience, unhelpful and rude. The manager even lied that she was escalating the issue but did nothing and did not care. I was surprised because I have never seen such in more than a decade of buying stuff from Argos - I actually like Argos but will never visit Argos Penge again.
I'm very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a parcel from ebay I received a FM number when I went to collect it they told me it wasn't there and they couldn't find it.
Pauline customers service is awful, her responses to questions or asking her for help was just look on the screen that's what there for. Very snappy and rude. I feel nervous to go to store as i dread to see her in there. her mannerism are bad. The facial express are quite aggressive she needs further training and to work on her approaches to customers.
I need one of old receipt , but unfortunately can’t be printed only but manager with don’t seem to be working any weekends, as is my second visit to the shop and no one is able to help , I give 2 stars because buying experience was ok and straight forward
This place is an absolute mess. Placed an order an 12.05.19. Received an email saying that your item is ready to collect.
I asked my father to go and collect it but he was advised that he cannot collect it under my name and he left.
Couple of hours later I received an email saying that thanks for collecting your item. I went in on 13.05.2019 and explained the situation. The shift manager called Mwame has refused to help me claiming that my item is was collected.
I called the customer services waited on the phone for 30mins and it was found out that the email was sent in error. I went in and collected my TV.
Imagine yourself in this position- I will be raising a complaint about this guy. He lied to me that he spoke to the customer services and he hasn't. He ignored me totally and moved on to the next customer. Absolute mess!!
