Didn't have to wait long for pick-up.
I brought a ps4 headset from sainsbury crystal they gave me a used headset that someone returned and it was damaged.
I tried to get a replacement the manager he refused and accused me of breaking the item i would recommend not to buy from this argos as the manager is rude and doesnt seem bothered about his job. Shows no interest yawns while your explaining your issue.
ABSOLUTELY FLABBERGASTED with the service! The attitude was despicable and uncalled for. And when we ask for help online they are "NoT AvAilAbLe" if they make us order and collect online they should at least have the decency to keep their online help service efficient and available at all times.
Worst customer service ever I have bought food processor and the customer service is zero I've been treated really bad especially from the worst manager ever her name Emma never buy again from this branch and could be from argos as well go back to currys better.they don't deserve one star but its unfortunately the lowest rate .
