Paul was really kind and knowledgeable when it came to investigating a clunking noise coming from the bottom of my car. He found the reason was loose wheel nuts on the front passenger side within ten minutes of looking whilst it was on the ramp and test driving. He has consequently saved my life for the wheel would have come off should I have continued to drive it home to Northampton. I can’t thank you enough Paul, have a very good Christmas and an even better New Year!
