Best Garage I've ever used. Great duo, they both are so knowledgeable. They are able to sort every issue my car's have at a fair price and quickly, even though mine is an unusual import. If you ask anyone in the area about Saunders, you won't get a single bad word. Thanks guys

First of all both of them are not polite. Customer service is very poor. Do not know how to talk to the customer. Very unprofessional. Been to fix the cooling system problem. Chris said it will cost £210 just to replace the rediator. Radiator cost between £49-£60 depending on the brand. His labour charge over £140. But after all he couldn't fix the fault. Engine is still heating up. Now he is saying give me another £70 will have a look again before even I take the car away from the garage. In the first place I gave the car to fix the fault.They want to rip off bit by bit. Last year I went to replace my break pads only for inspection Grham charged me £95.never replace pads. He said they are OK. Anyone who read this please avoid these people if they realise you don't know nothing about cars they will rip you off at its best. Graham and Chris money you take from people like this will not last long. Also try talk to your customer politely have you realised you are in a service business. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY WILL EAT UP YOUR MONEY

Went for tyre change and end up with broken Air pressure sensor,The guys fixed it after that,but hand to go to the main dealer for sensor and go another 2 times,for fitting it and programming it. If you have a tyre monitoring system avoid Chris,Ask for Graham to carry out the work!

Local Car Service centre. Always friendly and reliable. I would defiantly recommend them. Have been getting my car serviced, MOT A/C re-gassed, Tyres etc for over 4 years now.
