Friendly and helpful staff, they fixed my car quickly after its (awfully) failed MOT for a reasonable price, even though it was a Saturday afternoon. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently got my battery replaced and fitted by John at Halfords Croydon (Sumner Road) and was given 5 star customer service from the moment I walked through the door till the very end when he handed me back my car keys. Phenomenal guy with great customer service!
Pleasant man on reception ( more so than a different man a few years ago )
Hand sanitiser available on arrival and screen and chairs blocking people coming close to the desk to allow for social distancing. One person allowed in at a time.
The whole process of mot was easy left my car in at lunchtime went back to work and car was ready a few hours later for collection ( it passed which helps)
Quick communication when car was ready in form of text message which I haven’t had previously.
I am pleased they ran to time and my car was done at the time I had booked.
Will use this Halfords again for my mot in the future.
