Waring Park is on the up! There is clear evidence that routine maintenance has been carried out more than before. There were however 2 disappointments. Cars can no longer gain access from Lansdown Road to the small car park neat the pavillion, and the tennis courts have been chained shut due to Coronavirus. That said, it is a nice open space for a gentle stroll, much appreciated by local dog owners, and the children's play area offers a variety of apparatus to challenge youngsters.

Great little park! Tennis, basketball, playground, woodland and a great open space...what's not to love! 😊👍

Beautiful park with great open space, wooded area, 'no dogs' children's play area, seating, footpaths, tennis courts and basket ball courts! Very clean and tidy making it a great place for children and dogs. Would definitely recommend to locals!
