Got a high repair quote from Abbey Roofing, asked on behalf of the Landlord if scaffolding was required for a bungalow.
Reply from Abbey was 'Please tell him to speak to the other company as we are no longer interested in working on his property as he clearly has no recognition for the welfare of others'.
We really were just asking a question to gather information and compare quotes.
Also the Landlord is female. Women are allowed to own property now.
They got the work done but tried to cut corners. You have to keep an eye on them all the time to make sure things are done properly.
