This Argos is very well managed, even during the COVID period. There is an efficient collection system and there are plenty of tablets in the store to browse and purchase products. There are plenty of staff and there “buy now, collect straight away” is very fast and also free!
My experience is in relation to customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with James Smith from Birkenhead that deals with large good appliances. This gentleman was very kind and understanding to my particular circumstance and has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am one satisfied customer! He is a credit to the company and has really shown his professionalism today in the phone call that I made just now.
Best worker ever vary helpful I remember one of the worker her name shams she have nice smile and perfect service thank Argos to chose vary helpful worker!
