I visited the shop today and was greeted from a lovely lady from staff at the entrance... I left through the same door and we said goodbye. She was greeting everyone entering the shop. It's priceless and I felt great as a customer. Makes me want to come back.

I have been to this Marks and Spencer's before and all of the staff are exceptionally Marvellous people themselves. The quality of Food at all Marks and Spencer's including this Marks and Spencer's is Exceptionally outstanding. I would definitely recommended everyone to come and shop at this marvellous and exceptionally excellent and beautiful Supermarket. In adding one more thing all of the staff at this Store are exceptionally good and excellent people and this Mark's and Spencer's is an exceptionally popular store.

I just received the worst experience from the food hall manager at this store. I wanted to return an unopened box of chocolates that I had purchased a few hours ago. Emma, the manager, informed me that foodhall items can not be refunded even with a receipt. She was very rude and disrespectful. She told me to “Go and gift the chocolates to someone” and when I asked her where the store manager is, she said, “The store manager is at home in Reading and will not leave his house just for you”. I am sooo upset and honestly will not be entering this store again, even though it is my favorite and local store. I felt so belittled and small because of the way she spoke to me in front of everyone on the shop floor. I can’t believe I walked out of this store in tears because of this manager’s false rules, disrespect and unprofessionalism. Oh and by the way, M&S do accept refunds on food items with the receipt. I just got a refund for the box of chocolates in Marylebone M&S Food, thanks to the lovely customer assistant there.
