Excellent quality food, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, drinks and groceries with minimal queuing in what feels like a safe environment 15 minutes walk from home. Great own label range. I am a dedicated M&S shopper now 😁

I am so glad they opened this store in Archway. I get all what i need, you can't beat Marks and Spencer for quality. I feel happy when I go there the staff is very helpful, when I have asked for help. The store is clean and well presented. I am there nearly every morning.

This store is just big enough with a good range of food items. Their open bakery has some lovely pastries and cakes. They have lovely fresh fruit and veg, their grapes are the best. The store is slightly hidden behind Archway station. It is always relatively quiet in the mornings. It is clean and bright enough with friendly staff. I wish M&S would put up a message in the front of their stores to let customers know that some people are exempt from wearing a face mask so that they are not harassed by other controlling customers. The only things that let this M&S down are the constant staff in the aisles with crates restocking the shelves. Sometimes I have had to ask if there is more chicken in the back/store room but staff have always helped me and restocked the chicken shelf quickly. During these tough times in March to April 2020, there has been a lack of toilet paper, kitchen tissue and cleaning products in this store. Nearby shops like Aldi and Co op seem to be getting more deliveries of these essential items now. Be prepared to use the self service tills because the staff are never on the manned tills in the morning.
