Don't go into selfridges often but went in to buy a present for my wife. The store itself is a bit tricky to find, located in the basement. But overall really nice set up, friendly staff and high quality products. Wife loved it. Thank you to Mariam for great customer service. Really friendly and helpful.

The customer service is awful, do not buy anything at this store. In made a home delivery order (£500) at the store, I prefered to order online, but they said that only orders made in store have free delivery. I was also told that there are no discounts and that the 3-day delivery is the fastest option. All this info turned out to be wrong later this day when I visited their website. In fact there is 1 day delivery option available and you can easily get 15% discount. I made the same order online and received the items the next day. Regarding the order made in store - I tried to cancel it by contacting the store in many ways, but all the attempts failed. I had to walk to the store myself, but was told that the order is already being dispatched so cancelation is not possible. I did not receive any information about the status of my order and it has been 6 days already... I guess I will have to make another trip to the store to sort it out. To sum up, do not order/buy anything at this store, the customer service there is either incompetent or misleading, use the website to make the order instead.

Basement floor lovely atmosphere very white. Lots of things for sale. Staff very helpful.
