Really good place to get a snack for the train
Lots of good food. Lots of people looking lost and in need of inspiration. Lots of people who don't know how the self service checkouts work and only one member of staff to assist. Lots. Make sure you have plenty of time spare for this particular shopping excursion, especially if your purchases include alcohol.
Abysmal set up with no cashiers and only self check out service.
Member of staff behind hot drink counter eating with fingers, no mask, touching surfaces. No thanks.
Dreadful, most un-British M&S experience I have ever had. Unattentive staff, mostly chatting to each other in their own languages. This is not M&S I have known and used for decades. Probably a poorly managed shop, I can't believe you can't find good managers who are friendly, kind and who pay attention to detail. You need to teach your staff Britishness as you are essentially a traditional British store and brand name. Customers need to feel this when they come to your Paddington station store
