Very happy with customer service. A bit difficult to find. If it weren’t for a previous review saying it’s on the lower ground floor behind the white company I’d still be looking for it! Good stock, helpful staff.
Excellent functional items - well-designed with a splash of Japanese style
The variety and stock isn't great compared to other branches, but 5-star for customer service. My experience with Muji staff is always top notch, but there's a subtle difference here and I would imagine it's because it's been tweaked for the Selfridge's clientele.
Multi floor of the department store format and still amazing. I love to visit Selfridges as a one stop shop whenever I want to buy something special.
The picture of having it's own shop is very misleading. They're actually located inside selfridges, at the lowest ground. Pass by the cafeteria zone and just behind the white company. The selections are pretty small compared to their normal store ranges. All-in-all still very decent.
