I ordered curtains online and picked them up with at this store. Unfortunately I received a duvet cover. 😂 I doubled checked to see if it was me who made a mistake but it wasn’t. Anyway the manager Kay sorted this out for me, refunded, reordered and had it delivered to my house.
Received the curtains two days later. Shoutout to Kay for his wonderful customer service.
Big spacious store in a good location. Kids section is a bit underwhelming at the moment. Social distancing markings are in place and sanitizers are provided.
Very good price for footwear.
I’m reading through these reviews and can instantly see that the people writing these negative comments are the people who fail to look in the mirror and realise that the reflection staring back at them is the real reason to a bad experience, as they have bad attitudes and disgusting manners.
I have never had any issues with the service in this store. The store is great, collection is great and staff are great!
