For me this is a manageable library for people that want to study in peace with their own books and for Registered members that want to used the free internet for at most 2 hours a day. Also it's the best I've been to in the Harrow Borough so far, in terms of longer Opening times in general.
However rating it a 4 or 5 would be like saying it's better than the British Library in Central London or The Pilkington Library at The Loughborough University Campus, in my opinion.
The toilets there have been out of operation most if not all the time, forcing me to rely on public toilets at nearby buildings when I'm there. The PCs are rarely available in the later hours. Like most other public Libraries there's a small number of books you can find there.
If you want to study please do not go here. The Wifi is absolutely trash to put it lightly. Please stay at home and drink some tea.
If you want to study don't come here. It's like a playground every young person use the study space to gossip instead and using the space for silent study.
The toilets smell is unbearable :O It's very hot inside the library.
Such a shame. All the taxes we pay to end up with such a disaster :(
