Absolutely shocking how they refuse to deal with an insurance claim arising from an accident caused by their driver almost 2 years ago
This is the worst company to deal with if you ever get into a accident. They have been instructed 3 weeks ago to deal with my claim and they don’t awnser or reply !! Do not use
DIABOLICAL COMPANY! NEVER RESPOND TO E MAILS. MY CLIAM HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE FEDB THIS YEAR AND THEY ARE DRAGGING THEIR HEELS! I HAVE INSTRUCTED LAWYERS TO TAKE OVER ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
Terrible company had an accident over a year ago and they do not respond to email have turned the phone lines off.
This is the slowest company in the UK. They supposed to make contacts between countries for insurance purposes. But 4 weeks wasnt enough to make a report translate it and sendit forward to the UK insurance company. And I know the report been done ages ago. Shame..
