Went to check out their sales and some great bargains especially warm winter clothes. Nice cafe too.Would have bought more had I not already done other shopping. Within Easy reach of teams,buses and trains. Recommended especially in Sales period plus a Costa Coffee shop in-store..
Went to men's shirt department on lower ground floor. Looked for a staff but there's none. I asked another sales associate from another department and helped me look for a staff that work on the men's shirt department. She can't seem to find anyone. How can you leave a department with no staff at all to help. No organization and very bad/poor customer service.
Busy or not there should be at least 1 sales associate to help customers. You would think as it's Debenhams one of the biggest department stores with branches everywhere they would have good customer service....I was wrong. Will never shop there again.
If you read this I wouldn't shop in Debenhams I wouldn't want you to experience the terrible customer service I experienced.
They have a vast variety of clothing and being a bit on the larger size (3XL-4XL) I was pleasantly surprised when I found several shirts that fit me. Not the first time I have shopped here and always leave with what I went in for. Only down side was that the shop didn't open until 10:00 Keep up the good work.
Loved this shopping centre. I always find what I wanted for clothing, home, and yet coffee shop to complete my shopping.
I like this place. Always has good gift ideas. Fantastic cafe. Needs a little tender loving care that's all
