Bought a blender used it once. It’s utterly useless and is not suitable for the use of what I bought it. Brought it to the store to exchange for another one. I have been told I can’t. Manager by the name of Patsy completely understand rude and unhelpful. Cancelled my Argos card and never shopping at Argos again.

Terrible service I have got a problem with item that I purchased from Argos. I have contacted your customer service team explained the matter and got advice to return the item to my local branch. I visited Argos church road in Croydon on Sunday. The waiting time was extremely long as there was only one till open, meanwhile there was lots of staff walking around the shop not doing much. After almost 30 min wait I learned that my faulty item can not be accepted and I was advised to contact manufacturer. Why the customer service that I contacted did not advice me about that in the first place? I recently broken my foot so taking the item to the shop unnecessarily was not convenient for me at all. I ended up getting parking ticket in the process as well due to extremely slow service at Argos which I am extremely unhappy about. I contacted manufacturer and as i expected was advised to take the item to my local brunch and returned it or exchange it. I just contacted your customer service and was advised again to take the item to my local brunch. I asked haw can I be sure I am not waisting another journey and your customer service said she can not guarantee that the item will be dealt with! The trip to Argos already cost me£130 in a parking ticked fine. I am not happy and extremely disappointed!!!!!

With the whole Covid-19 guidelines, every member of staff explained clear directions. The store is huge which helps keep social distancing but I honestly felt like a VIP with the service.
