Bad bad management rude and unprofessional stuff. I will not purchase again from this branch.
Nobody seemed to know what is going on and just get the Argos app which i already have,then one of the counter staff even said they aren't told how the credit system on the app works, when i rang Argos the girl still didn't advise me on the subject matter with her very broad northern accent I had no idea what she was talking about, avoid if possible.
ARGOS IN SUTTON - Customer service shocking! The boy behind the counter argued with me, wasn't helpful. He even said do I honestly expect that he knows what Argos sells! I appreciate someone may not know something, but if you work at a shop and a customer asks a question at least try find out from a colleague whether they know about the product. ARGOS- I suggest you get your employees in Sutton on customer training as I will not be shopping there anymore and you will lose out on customers and profit. I had a huge order and I will go to another shop instead as I don't need poor customer service. Cheers!
Pleasent experience, quick and easy
The woman who serve (tall skinny dark hair) was very rude, she was trowing my stuff of front of me.
Argos, get life to those people !!!
Very slow service, likely 6-10 min to reach the cashier, other 5-8 min for collection.
Double checks on seals, Argos sometime reseal returned goods.
