Don't take any notice of the one star review you'll see. I saw the same thing and I was hesitant too. But I bit the bullet, called Autocraft and they were absolutely terrific with me. I'm a new driver with no knowledge about cars, I had an issue with my brakes and wasn't sure how to move forward in my situation. Both George (& the other guy I couldn't quite catch the name) are great to chat to, showed me through every problem the car was having and gave me a very honest assessment. The best thing is, they were closing up and still took the hour out to check out my car. Moral of the story: don't mind the bogus fake one star reviews, these guys are terrific, and if you need your car serviced for whatever reason I can't recommend these guys enough!!

The 5 star reviews here must be fake! Took my car in for a simple fix, they over charged for it and did a shocking bodge job! That’s not all! I had exactly £60 closed in my ashtray, took the car home, and discovered one of the three £20 notes is missing... can’t contact them now they’ve gone away for 2 weeks. Will make allegation to local Police ASAP.

Thank you to Peter of Autocraft for looking at my Nissan Micra at such short notice. My engine light was on and I was worried about damaging my engine further. He did such a great and efficient job of locating the causal agents and taking the time to explain the issues and he also showed me the worn parts. I felt very reasured and so pleased to have found such a great value for money, genuine and professional garage and I do not hesitate to recommend

Blew a tire at university, immedietly fell into a spiral of total panic and despair ( i know nothing about my car besides how to operate it so under my assumption, i thought i would be sleeping in the car or walking home )....gave these guys a call and an incredibly polite man with a very slight accent gave me all the advice i needed to hear to not only calm down, but to diagnose and fix the issue myself. Never have i had the pleasure of speaking with such an honest and kind soul. I would recommend these guys any day!
