I was really pleased with the service I received. They fitted me in at short notice and carried out the repairs at a reasonable price. The courtesy tyre check a few days later was an added bonus too.

Having damaged my car while attempting to fix it, I am now in dispute with Impact. I took my car to a specialist and got the original problem and damage fixed. I prefer not to leave bad reviews but having been charged excessively for work that didn't even fix my car AND damaged it, I have no choice. I would not recommend this garage.

I have used Impact twice now, for a full service and MOT of two different vehicles. The reception staff were delightful and efficient, great location and satisfactory pricing. Was not given an ETA of work done, MOT was completed fairly quickly, although the full service took from 8:30-5 - so expect your car to be in for the day. Would definitely recommend for a professional service, will be using again.
