Absolute top class! Probably the best service in west London that I know of, and I've been in many shops. Matthew is not only fast, reliable and professional but also very friendly and polite, unlike many other busy mechanics. I took my SH300 for a full service, tyre replacement and MOT, job was done next day. Prices are very very reasonable, hard to find better for the value of service. Only thing I regret that I didn't visit this shop earlier, instead of trying others all around west London. From now on I will not be going elsewhere.

My motorbike sustained a puncture in the rear tyre. And I came across japstar on Google maps. The owner Matthew was very helpful. He only charged me £25 for a mushroom plug ..and provided the best ever service he could. Highly recommended....

I’ve been using Matts services for years, he even helped me pick out my new bike! Matt is reliable, friendly and takes the time to thoroughly explain his work to you. I am always reassured he’ll do a great job in a timely manner, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
