Poor availability and planning by halfords before booking cars online for servicing etc
Great experience when I took my newly bought (used) car there as I suspected a suspension issue. The guys there created space during a busy morning to have a quick look, took it for a test drive and diagnosed the issue as low tire pressures, quickly refilled my tires and refused to let me pay for what they called a small job... will definitely return!
I always get great service from this branch of Halfords - really friendly, helpful team. Work is always done quickly and well. I'm a regular customer, and when I went in yesterday with a minor thing that needed fixing , they did it free of charge. Thanks you!!
I booked in for a wheel alignment and there was a problem with a part and the staff at Halfords went above and beyond to help solve the problem and I'm very pleased with the service and attention to detail. I also found Halfords to be excellent value for money especially since I had compared prices with other local garages. I will definitely use Halfords West Ealing branch again and highly recommend the company.
