Shocking service, went in to have my exhaust replaced and was told it would need to be ordered which was fine and I was told that the parts would be a few days. Received a text to say that my car is booked in and to come in for 9.30. When I arrived I was told that the parts had not arrived and would get a call when the parts are in, it’s now been two weeks and not heard from anyone so took my car elsewhere and was completed while I waited and at a fraction of kiwi fit price. Very unprofessional. I recommend to avoid this place.

Managed to (painlessly) book an online slot in Ealing to replace a tyre. Although very busy, managed to get it in done in good time. Quirky staff but in a cheerful good way. Reasonably priced.

Kieran was very helpful this morning. Brought the car in to change a punctured tire and fix the diagnostics. Not only did he do that but he went the extra mile to have a look at the brakes, under the bonnet and more as part of the service. Top class.

Fit 2 new Yokohama tyres. Staff was courteous and service was good (only reason for a second star) However, very opportunistic! Managed to slap over 50% on the pre-paid invoice for "alignment" making me believe that they are giving me a discount. Literally 2 minutes job. Only reason didn't check online was that I don't want to do another trip to a shop.. Very disappointed to know that I could've done it for much less elsewhere
