Great car rental place will defiantly use again
Absolute pleasure from start to finish. Easy to book, the vehicle was immaculate and perfect for my needs. The staff in branch could not of been more helpful or friendly and truly went the extra mile. I will only use these guys again in the future.
Discriminates against people with autism. Refuses to record complaints. Takes things down the negative route by suggesting to me that "I'm not calm" when I just speak the way I do. Absolutely refused at all levels of staff to let me talk through the discrimination issue with them.
Picked the Citroen C3 up at short notice. The boys explained everything to me, they were fab! They waited past closing time. Car was clean. Far better value than other places such as Europcar. Not a single negative point to mention. Would definitely recommend, already have. Happy customer 🙂🙂
This is a very good company to rent from. I hired a 7500kg truck and it was booked with the minimum of fuss. On the day, the paperwork was explained fully and I was given comprehensive instruction. The truck performed faultlessly over a 500 mile round trip. Unfortunately, despite being instructed to take corners wide, I hit a wall at our house and caused some damage; on returning the truck, I was treated sympathetically and the settlement was very fair. I would have no hesitation in renting from County in future.
