Speak to Chance. He's the man. Unable to meet my original booking due to technical issues with the car, replaced with a better vehicle which I decided to keep for 38 days (live in Oman so bigger is better !!) Chance was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Credit to Europcar.

Awful. Do Not Use. Booked a van. Arrived to pick up at correct time. Branch not open! No one available on the phone. Truly awful. Europcar main number no help. Incurred loads of extra costs on missed travel booking. Just awful.
Booked a car for a long weekend in the lakes
For my 70th birthday had difficulty starting it in the morning's on Sunday it broke down called break down out , had to cut my holiday short. Would not recommend very bad customer service.
Had a booking to collect a car at 9am for a weekend away. At 8:40 they called to say they didn't have any cars available other than a Fiat 500, which just wasn't suitable for my needs.
Don't waste your time!!
I ended going with enterprise instead.
Absolutely awful. Turned up to pick up a van to help with a house move. Told no van and no others available. That was it. Apparently the van I was supposed to have was damaged.
Left me in a mess.
