Hired Luton vans from here 3 times over the last month. The vans are only a few months old and clearly well looked after, the prices were extremely competitive and all of the team were a pleasure to deal with and couldn’t have been more helpful. Brilliant.

The van was in a good shape and I had no issue
When booking the van I was never told to bring the card that paid for it only driving license and 2 forms with my address which I took then when I arrived i was then told I needed to bring my blind father so he can sign for it. Then on the way back we were going to be 2 minutes after 5pm would they please wait or I will have to drive to Liverpool then back to Preston in the morning, they weren't apologetic but quite rude after it taking me an extra hour in the morning getting my dad up and round to sign for it. I won't be using them again
