Gorgeous place, beautiful flowers, trees, buildings. I love the 'ruin' with lots of fascinating plants inside, displayed in a creative way! Had a great time and the food was lovely too! Oh and not to forget the yew tree arch, just gorgeous!

Beautiful at anytime of the year. Planting schemes include a huge and unusual selection of shrubs, trees, herbaceous plants and bulbs. Different foliage colours and textures to inspire you. Excellent selection of food and drinks served at the cafe, set on the terrace overlooking the pool. Gluten-free scones are delicious.

We visited Aberglasney about 15 years ago. What a transformation. We couldn't visit the house as there was a wedding, but it looked vastly improved from the outside, so we'll return to look inside soon. The grounds are absolutely fabulous. The trees and planting are truly marvelous and sympathetic to the lay of the land. A wonderful day out. Thank you!

Visited August. Adults £9.50 & children free. Wonderful grounds and gardens with a vast array of trees, plants flowers and insect life. The are streams and a big lake. Takes about an hour to leisurely walk around it. Very relaxing. No access to the mansion or buildings owing to C-19! Would say this is a good place to visit for all ages but check the weather first. You get a map of the grounds and there is a route plan for people with mobility issues. The cafe serves from a hatch owing to C-19! There are plenty of tables to admire the view and a choice to sit outside or under cover of a open sided marquee.

I think the marketing and brochure significantly overstates the garden, but it is pleasant enough. Eat out to help out combined with the cafe being outdoor seating only and the menu being hard to read made lunch extremely difficult. We managed to get some food and find a table, but I was very happy not to have paid full price because that would have been very expensive indeed!! The rest of the garden is ok, perhaps I expected too much but the cloistered garden is merely a number of neatly mown grass patches, other areas seem a little overgrown while there were a number of withered plants in the greenhouse. There were some very nicely presented areas but overall I wasn't blown away.
