I love going to this Marks & Spencer's but for the past three weeks I've had trouble finding the jelly and fruit pots they were doing. My husband Saj loves these so please guys put this back on the shelf and I will continue to buy.

Good large store with small cafe. It is very quiet and it is hard to find a member of staff to help you if you need it (hence the 4 stars not 5). But when you do find the staff they're happy to help.
outstanding customer service I received during my shopping today, I was about to purchase a set of bowl I saw it online, but there wasn't available in the shop, there is a nice lady I really appreciated, I don't remember her name was very helpful and patient to me, she was listen to my need, and tried her best to recommend the bowl meet my need. she makes me feel I am truly valued.
This Kew Retail Park branch has an issue, especially if you choose to shop on a Saturday. Social distancing was non existent and overcrowding was a problem.
They need to widen the aisles as it is impossible to walk past another shopper without breaching social distancing guidelines.
Previously they had shoppers entering the store at one entrance and existing the store at another. This seemed more organised compared to today.
Also the self serve checkouts are also congested and it's impossible to walk past another shopper without breaching social distancing guidelines.
