I can guarantee that I will not never ever buy from Argos again.Two bad experiences at Chiswick and Richmond Argos.Wrong delivery and canceled an order without any note.
The staff were very professional and quick. I ordered my items online and they were ready to be collected in no time. When I went there, the collection was as quick as 1 minute. I had to return one item due to my own fault, which I did the next day. The return was accepted after a thorough check on it in a polite, respectful and professional manner.
I recommend.
Great staff my review is NOT about them, they were extremely polite and helpful.
But I remember Argos when you would walk into a store fill in the slip, then pay for it and collect your item straight away. I ordered some items recently assuming I would collect the items straight away but was informed that wasn't how they operate any longer. I cancelled the order and purchased the goods from PC World instead.
I use it for click and collect services, free and easy parking.
Purchased 2 items here in the last 6 months (a heater and a TV) both were damaged. Yes the staff put things right with no argument but this should not be a regular occurrence
