This one is not reopening according to owners Sainsburys but I couldn't mark it as permanently closed.
The Störe is closed yet on Google they say it is open. Time is money. Google wont let me edit the hours. Dear store owner (s) why have you left the hours unchanged? You are clearly not open. Please keep up to date or don't use the tech. Time is money I wasted a trip to your store.
Brought my new acquired Apple AirPods to the store, after buying them in a different store 5 days before. The item is faulty and cant connect, however when bringing the item to the store with the receipt they say they can't assist as its Apple AirPods and questioned if the product was really bought from Argos despite sharing the receipt and order number.
Lovely staff helped me on Friday. I arrive at closing time and they were kind enough to still give me my order. That was very kind of them.
Pathetic service ..... About 10 people waiting to pick up their purchases. Had to wait 20 minutes myself.... Not enough staff, complete confusion. Avoid.
