Store Manager on 30 July proved himself to be totally lacking in any customer service skill. He seemed to think that it's all about him; that customers are there for his benefit. All the other team members at this store are lovely. When someone who is known to be a sweet kind person was upset by this manager, I was asked to engage with the manager to see if my friend got it wrong. Sadly, she was right. The 'store manager' proved himself to be unaware of store operations, assumed that customers are clueless, and made it clear that it was all about himself. It is unclear how this person has been approved to deal with customers. He is an unacceptable store representative.

Lovely staff...I dropped my payment card behind the self service machine and so a lovely man named Henry managed (with some effort!) to get it out, he was so polite and helpful and I’m really grateful to him. Thanks again Henry!
