The staff in this shop are providing great service in really difficult times. I am pleased at the range of products offered and how quickly they are available for collection. When I have had to return items the process has been smooth and hassle-free.

I always go to the Hayes Argos because staff there helpful and friendly. but for the first time went today picked up my order in Hounslow Argos, on counter one of the staff member she ask me the order number bit rudely and I didn't hear properly so then I asked her can you please repeat then she start to show rude face on me and she seems to be not interested to serve to me , never want go back there but staff there need to how to behave with customer.

Staff act in impulsive unprofessional way reflects their personal ugly attitude ( sorry to tell, but it’s the truth) arrived at 620 after receiving an email of my order ready to collect, to find barrier open from one side, no body attendant at the gate with Mark’s in the floor directing to main counter, found sales staff chatting not to notice me standing, caught in surprise starting to show angry face and told in bold words the barrier is put outside for a reason forgetting that they are there for a reason Any way been told to go out of there shop floor to street tell someone come to see what I want I Went out to wait till someone to come, shortly to face one looks like manageress started to scream with very low standards word you don’t expect whenever you go to shopping, asked her politely what I should do, shouted out off the barrier must go tell someone comes to take order number, was thinking to not support and stand to such behaviors young lady came asking for order no to pick up and deliver, give no finally got my order with very remarkable lasting bad experience wondering where Great Britain standers gone.

Service wise really efficient, kind of social distancing in place due to current pandemic. Nevertheless, frontline staffs not really willing to wear PPE I guess, the mask hang on the face but not covering the nose and mouth at all, what the point of wearing then? Furthermore, many key products are out of stock, I do understand that many people purchase only key items: hair cut machine, temp check; if so why BIG MASSIVE store like ARGOS not try to restocking them? Perhaps it is so hard to attain them? Anyway happy to receive speedy service and thank you.
