We ordered our oak flooring from the Llandeilo Branch and can but praise Mr Andrew Barrat for his advice, guidance and patience. Likewise, Mr Leighton Jenkins, who laid the wood flooring for us, was excellent! Thanks to both gentlemen as we now have a superb oak floor!

Their doors may be lovely but their customer service is less than 1 star - 8 doors delivered without the hinges or receivers, wrong door latch sent etc, - No apology forthcoming and absolutely no urgency in sorting out the problem and getting the required parts to the fitter...... NOT a happy customer! BTW Andrew Barratt giving the 5 star review below is the salesman from the Llandeilo shop!
